Seton Hall University tabs StatMonitr for the remainder of 2015

SOUTH ORANGE, NJ -- Seton Hall University has selected the StatMonitr stats system to provide a real-time feed to media and staff at remaining home athletic events, StatBroadcast announced today.

Seton Hall University is a private univeristy located in South Orange, New Jersey, wit han enrollment of 5200 students. Founded in 1856, Seton Hall is the oldest and largest Catholic university in New Jersey. The Seton Hall Pirates compete at the NCAA Division-I level as members of the Big East Conference and sponsor 14 varsity sports; SHU was a charter member of both the original Big East Conference in 1979 and the new Big East Conference, reformed in 2013. The Seton Hall men's basketball team has made nine appearances in the NCAA Tournament, including two Elite Eight appearances and a national runner-up finish in the Final Four in 1989.

Seton Hall is the sixth member of the Big East Conference to partner with StatBroadcast and the second from the state of New Jersey. The Big East Conference also partners with StatBroadcast for its conference championship tournaments.
