University of Colorado tabs StatMonitr for 2014-15

BOULDER, COLO. -- The University of Colorado, Boulder will use the StatMonitr media stats system for its home athletic events during the 2014-15 academic year, StatBroadcast announced today.

The University of Colorado, also know as CU, is the flagship university of the University of Colorado system and was founded in 1876, five months before the state of Colorado was admitted to the union. A public university, CU has an enrollment of more than 31,000 students. The Colorado Buffaloes sponsor 17 varsity sports as members of the Pac-12 Conference of NCAA Division-I FBS. The Buffaloes have won 26 national championships and 32 conference championships, including five since joining the Pac-12 in 2011. The CU football team captured a national title in 1990 and has won 26 conference titles in its history and appeared in 28 bowl games.

Colorado is the ninth member of the Pac-12 Conference to partner with StatBroadcast.
