College of Charleston tabs StatBroadcast for live stats

CHARLESTON, S.C. -- College of Charleston has selected StatBroadcast to provide live stats, mobile stats and media stats for its remaining athletic events in the 2013-14 academic year.

College of Charleston is a public university located in Charleston, South Carolina, that was founded in 1770, making it the oldest college in the state and the oldest municipal college in the country. Although existing as a small, private liberal arts college for much of its early history, College of Charleston became a public institution in 2011 and is now a sea-grant and space-grant university with an enrollment of over 11,000 and consists of six academic schools, an honors college and a granduate school. The Charleston Cougars sponsor 21 sports at the NCAA Division I level and are members of the Colonial Athletic Conference.
