West Coast Conference and StatBroadcast launch Conference-wide Media Stats Site

SAN BRUNO, CALIF. -- The West Coast Conference and StatBroadcast Systems announced today that they have collaborated to launch a conference-wide media stats site in conjunction with the beginning of the 2012-13 college basketball season. The new site, WCCMEDIA.COM, will allow credentialed members of the media and member institution staff to live, real-time StatMonitr media stats feeds of all athletic events for all nine conference members for the remainder of the academic year. This includes feeds from men's and women's basketball, volleyball, men's and women's soccer, baseball and softball.

This conference-wide media site is the first of its kind and organizes the feeds from all nine conference members into one convenient location. The site will show the feeds for all events that are currently live, as well as an upcoming schedules, and an archive of PDF, HTML and XML files for all completed events, going back to the beginning of the academic year in August 2012. Media can also choose to view the stats information by individual school or individual sport.

Coinciding with this site launch, StatBroadcast has also announced that it has renewed its partnership agreement with the WCC for its 2013 Basketball Tournaments in Las Vegas as well as added coverage for the 2013 WCC Baseball Tournament to be held in May. StatBroadcast will once again provide onsite support, stat monitors and its StatMonitr media stats system for the 2013 Men's and Women's Basketball Tournaments to be held March 6 - 11, 2013 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada; it will also once again provide the WCC with a mobile stats app, accessible via wccstats.com, for fans wanting to follow the tournament's progress at the event. StatBroadcast will also provide its StatMonitr media stats system for the inaugural WCC Baseball Tournament, set to take place in May 2013 in Stockton, Calif.
